39bm Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to register an account and play on 39bm. You may only use this platform where online gaming is legally permitted in your country or region. Accounts belonging to underage players will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only hold one personal account. Multiple accounts linked to the same bank account, IP address, or device will be treated as duplicate accounts, and any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts may be voided.

1.3 Accurate Information Required at Registration

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided when registering must be genuine personal information. 39bm reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time. At the time of withdrawal, supporting documents such as a copy of a national ID or other proof of identity may be requested at any time.

1.4 Account Security

Never share your login credentials or password with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.1 Deposit Methods

At 39bm, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks for all methods. Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. 39bm may require that withdrawals be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

2.3 Financial Security Checks

39bm reserves the right to carry out verification checks on deposits and withdrawals when necessary. Players are required to cooperate with checks related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML). If a check is not responded to, the withdrawal will be put on hold and processed once a response is received.

2.4 No Refund Before Playing After Deposit

39bm may refuse a withdrawal request if no gameplay has taken place after a deposit. Once a bonus has been received, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met in full before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

The 39bm welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks. Deposit 620,000 Ks and you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 920,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after completing a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received. Please note that the contribution rate towards the wagering requirement may vary depending on the game type.

3.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• To receive the bonus, the player must request it after making a deposit, and this must be done within 72 hours of the account being created.
• Only games designated by 39bm are eligible for bonus wagering.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.

3.4 Promotion Abuse

If a player, or multiple accounts working together, attempts to exploit a bonus, 39bm may cancel the bonus and any related winnings from those accounts and, where necessary, close the accounts.

4.1 Player Commitment

Players using 39bm agree that they are playing of their own free will and by their own decisions. Gambling carries the risk of financial loss, and 39bm accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred.

4.2 Game Fairness

Games on 39bm use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce results. The RNG is regularly tested to ensure a fair and equal environment for all players.

4.3 Prohibited Actions

• Collusion — two or more players cooperating to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots or any form of automated play system.
• Hacking the website, tampering with software, or intercepting network traffic.
• Attempting to affect game outcomes using undisclosed computer software or hardware.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering.

5.1 VIP Level Structure

The 39bm VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up through levels based on their play history and activity. Players agree that 39bm reserves the right to demote any player from any level.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback rates by VIP level are — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.3%, Gold: up to 0.5%, Platinum: up to 0.6%, Diamond: up to 0.8%. Cashback will be credited directly to the player's account, and there may be conditions requiring that it be used for gameplay only.

6.1 Personal Information Protection

39bm uses SSL encryption technology to protect players' personal and financial information. This information is stored and managed in accordance with 39bm's Privacy Policy.

6.2 Third-Party Sharing

39bm may not sell players' personal information to buyers. However, players agree that it may be shared with legal, financial and related verification processes, anti-money laundering checks, and service companies (including payment companies).

6.3 Cookies

39bm uses cookies to help the website run better and to improve the player experience. By continuing to use the website, you are considered to have agreed to the use of cookies.

7.1 Service Maintenance

39bm reserves the right to suspend or stop the service at any time, with or without advance notice. 39bm is not responsible for any losses resulting from maintenance.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by network disconnection, software errors, or server issues, 39bm will review that game against its records and take action accordingly, but 39bm cannot be personally liable for such losses.

7.3 Finality of Decisions

Players must agree that data from 39bm's digital records is the official evidence for any disputes over game results or financial matters. Where there is a discrepancy between those records and a player's own notes, 39bm's records will be used.

8.1 Player-Requested Closure

To voluntarily close your account, contact [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned after withdrawal conditions are met. Funds that have not met bonus requirements cannot be returned at the time of closure.

8.2 Closure by 39bm

If 39bm determines that any provision of these terms has been violated, it may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice and cancel any associated bonus and promotion benefits. If financial fraud or deception is proven, 39bm also has the right to withhold any remaining balance.

8.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Players

Players who feel they have a gambling problem and wish to temporarily or permanently stop playing can contact [email protected]. 39bm will treat this as a priority and provide support in line with the Responsible Gaming policy.

9.1 Language

The Myanmar translation of these terms is provided for reference purposes only. If a dispute arises due to a language difference, 39bm's decision is considered final.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute between a player and 39bm, you must first attempt to resolve it through [email protected], where 39bm's support team is available 24/7. If it cannot be resolved that way, the player has the right to pursue formal legal channels.

9.3 Severability of These Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will be removed without affecting the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply.
